I have bought myself a Fitbit Charge 2 to help with my healthy lifestyle regime for the new year. This device not only tracks your steps, it also gives you reminders and motivation to get motiving, ensuring that you reach a minimum number of steps each day.
Additional features that I enjoy are a heart rate monitor, which currently shows my cardio fitness level at poor (unsurprising!) and monitors sleep. It has an option in which it helps you to practice calm breathing – something I shall be needing over the next few days!
