Day 4

A habit I wish I didn’t have.

Mmm, too many! So I guess I could summarise it into one – I am very negative!

1) I worry intensely. I worry about things that have happened and things that might happen. Things play on my mind a lot.

2) I doubt myself – I have little confidence.

3) I cry too  much.

I have come to the realisation that I cannot change these things, I need to deal with the fact that they are part of me.
